Community workshop on street vacation

On Tuesday July 1 at 5:30pm at Selby Library (Geldbart Auditorium), there will be community workshop regarding the street vacation of Osprey Court.

This is part of an overall ten-story residential development that is just beyond the boundaries of the Laurel Park Overlay district.  The “pre-application” for the project is being reviewed by the city’s development review committee (“DRC”).

Due to the proximity of the project to the neighborhood, any interested resident should attend this meeting.   The neighborhood association has not seen the site plan but has contacted the architecture firm, DSDG Architects, to learn more about the project.

LPNA, will try to record the workshop so residents unable to attend could view it later.
