DESCRIPTION:On Tuesday July 1 at 5:30pm at Selby Library (Geldbart Auditori
 um)\, there will be community workshop regarding the street vacation of Os
 prey Court.\n\nThis is part of an overall ten-story residential developmen
 t that is just beyond the boundaries of the Laurel Park Overlay district. 
  The "pre-application" for the project is being reviewed by the city's de
 velopment review committee ("DRC").\n\nDue to the proximity of the project
  to the neighborhood\, any interested resident should attend this meeting.
    The neighborhood association has not seen the site plan but has contac
 ted the architecture firm\, DSDG Architects\, to learn more about the proj
 ect.\n\nLPNA\, will try to record the workshop so residents unable to atte
