Benderson 1660 Ringling Blvd. Charrette

As a follow-up to the community workshop regarding Benderson’s application to change the land use for the Sarasota County building site,  Benderson has hired the firm of Torti Gallas to come to Sarasota for a 3 day charrette to develop a site plan.   Since Laurel Park considers any change of land-use/zoning existential to the neighborhood, the hope is that the architects can create a plan that fits within the existing RSM-9 zoning while meeting the goals of Benderson.

This will occur at the McCulloch Pavilion and be hosted by Architecture Sarasota.

While the details are still being worked out, the intention is to provide public access to the architects throughout the entire process.
