DESCRIPTION:\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nAs a follow-up to the community workshop regardi
 ng Benderson's application to change the land use for the Sarasota County 
 building site\,  Benderson has hired the firm of Torti Gallas to come to 
 Sarasota for a 3 day charrette to develop a site plan.   Since Laurel Par
 k considers any change of land-use/zoning existential to the neighborhood\
 , the hope is that the architects can create a plan that fits within the e
 xisting RSM-9 zoning while meeting the goals of Benderson.\n\nThis will oc
 cur at the McCulloch Pavilion and be hosted by Architecture Sarasota.\n\nW
 hile the details are still being worked out\, the intention is to provide 
 public access to the architects throughout the entire process.\n\n&nbsp\;
